At Meta, the Business Products Engineering team builds products & tools to empower every single person selling Ads, Supporting Customers, and establishing partnerships that accelerate the Meta family of products success (across content creators, publishers, and businesses in entertainment, sports, news, gaming, commerce, mobile, and many other industries and technologies). We’re seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager who is experienced with supporting multiple products engineering teams and various stakeholders (non-technical and technical). This is a global role and the Technical Product Manager will be partnering closely with our product, business and engineering teams to drive vision/strategy/roadmap/alignment to ensure we’re building the right data systems, infrastructure, and scalable & efficient end2end connected solutions (CRM, Deals, Content, Analytics interfaces) for our sales, support, & partnership teams internally, as well as providing guidance on how to prioritize and make tradeoffs against the needs of the business and enable everyone to make the biggest impact.The ideal candidate will be extremely detail oriented and have a passion for breaking down complex data and analytical style problems.


  • Partner with product marketing, engineering, and other cross-functional stakeholders to develop a vision/strategy/roadmap for supporting the platform that delivers the optimal guidance to front line sales and their cross-functional partners, as well as other top priority initiatives
  • Display leadership, organizational, and execution skills that lead to the creation tools & products for a variety of strategic business initiatives, stakeholder goals, and user needs to accelerate Meta family of Products success
  • Influence the product/tooling strategy and internal analytics ecosystem within Meta Business Group (MBG) and help determine the right long-term bets and improve productivity for the organization
  • Drive strategy and own technical aspects of what exists now and what should change by auditing data sets and tools end2end
  • Work with and consistently influence company leadership and cross-functional teams, especially engineering and sales leadership teams
  • Own planning and end-to-end execution of features/programs working with business and engineering teams and keeping everyone abreast of the progress
  • Partner with MBG Data Engineers to provide TPM support on Company-level product/tooling priorities. Translate problem statements into priorities and business requirements for important platforms & infrastructure across MBG
  • Foster design thinking within the Partnerships analytics organization, through workshops, design sprints, and ideation exercises



  • 5 years of experience in strategy, product development, operations, program management
  • Background in technical program management, product management, consulting, product development, product marketing or relevant experience
  • Demonstrated impact in driving strategic analysis to influence product and business decisions
  • Proficient technical capabilities and familiarity with various data platforms
  • Demonstrated experience forming partnerships with cross-functional partners across multiple disciplines ranging from Sales to Product & Engineering
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience. Degree must be completed prior to joining Meta.



  • 5 years background in Kanban or Scrum, and proven experience managing stakeholder relationships across multiple cross-functional teams
  • Experience in Technical Program Management, Product Design with a focus on Internal Tools, Analysis, and telling a story with Data
