Financial Manager

Finance Manager who will be responsible for both our bookkeeping and FP&A function. In this capacity, you’ll be responsible for full cycle bookkeeping, creating and maintaining financial reporting and helping us to build and streamline processes. The successful candidate will have a “roll-up-the-sleeves” attitude, be able to prioritize and be ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
 Responsible for AR, AP, financial close and reporting, including revenue recognition, general ledger, bonus and payroll, etc.
 Analyze financial data and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; and provide budget to actual variance reporting.
 Prepare financial forecast, update and maintain the company’s financial model.
 Prepare materials for annual corporate tax returns.
 Key partner in the annual budgeting and planning process.
 Document and/or update accounting policies and procedures.
 Recruitment of 1-2 additional Surgeons, MDs for practice
 Assist with inventory management
 Review Clinical trial budgets and ensure all payments are captured
 Assist with onboarding new employees, review medical benefits, 401K and Pension Profit sharing plans

We’re looking for someone with:
 Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
 Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
 Detailed oriented, excellent problem-solving, analytical skills
 Proven ability to meet changing deadlines and priorities
 Ability to work independently as a self-starter and problem-solver with minimum direction, while being a good team player
 Strong communication skills (oral and written)
 Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets) required
 Expert with QuickBooks Online

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
