Facility Maintenance Supervisor/Planner/Scheduler
Job Summary
FSI is looking to hire a Facility Maintenance/Planner/Scheduler to join our team. This position identifies, assesses, and plans the execution of work to eliminate delays in the correction of deficiencies discovered during the execution of CM work. The Facility Maintenance/Planner/Scheduler publishes a schedule of planned and unplanned jobs during a defined period to optimize the use of resources within their constraints.
Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Using RCM data provided from Reliability Technicians creates plans and schedules to correct equipment deficiencies.
Position is also responsible to:
- Facility Maintenance Supervisor/Planner/Scheduler plans and creates schedules and project timelines.
- Attend weekly scheduling meetings and provide weekly available productive hours to Work Control for development of the weekly work schedule.
- Monitor the scheduling, completion, and documentation of RCM tasks.
- Provide RCM Reports
- Maintain drawings, building files and maintenance records.
- Communicate RCM project expectations to team members and subcontractors.
- Evaluate and assess RCM Project status.
- Implement and manage change when necessary to meet RCM project outputs.
- Ensures the facilities under his/her responsibility are safe and complies with all federal, state and local laws.
Education and/or Experience
- Minimum of three years’ experience as a planner related to facility operations and maintenance.
- Minimum of three years’ experience as a scheduler related to facility operations and maintenance.
- Will also have or gain proficiency in DMLSS, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other required RCM software.
- Must have ability to meet the requirements for issuance of a computer network account (favorable National Agency Check and successfully complete computer security training)
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must have 3 years’ experience working in a healthcare environment.
- Shall possess basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical equipment fundamentals.
- Shall have detailed knowledge of predictive and preventative maintenance tools.
- Shall have a working knowledge of routine and advanced data acquisition techniques as they apply to condition monitoring technologies, including oil analysis, thermography, motor current analysis and ultrasonics, and their integration with vibration analysis.
- Will be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
