Position Overview:
Factory Entertainment is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Bookkeeper. Proficiency in Quickbooks and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word) is required. Experience with Shopify and Amazon Vendor Central is helpful.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements in Quickbooks.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and documents for management review.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the customer service and bookkeeping processes.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or related roles.
- Proficiency in Quickbooks and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word) is required. Experience in Shopify and Amazon Vendor Central is helpful.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in accounting or related fields is a plus.
Full time is preferred, but we are open to discussing a part time position.
