Our company is seeking a New Home Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. We are a growing company that focuses on assisting clients in the purchase of new modular and manufactured homes, and we are looking for a motivated New Home Sales Consultant to help us grow our business. The New Home Sales Consultant will work directly with the customer and builder to find a home that meets the customer's needs. The salary for this position is consisted of base pay plus commission.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet with potential customers and explain the concept of building a new home.
  • Build rapport with customers to develop a trusting relationship.
  • Explain how the construction process works and how new homes are built.
  • Review product specifications with clients.
  • Provide prospective homeowners with information about the builders, location, and costs.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
