Creative Copywriter
Factory LLC is seeking a detail-oriented, passionate, and creative Copywriter who is dedicated to crafting excellent original content to join our team. You will be responsible for working closely with the brand teams and internal creative teams to effectively manage and communicate our brands’ tone of voice. You will scope projects, participate in the brainstorming process, and produce creative deliverables for consumer facing content. You will maintain Factory owned channels and manage brand content across multiple touch points as well as support the creative development of content ideas.

Founded in 2018, Factory is a team of experienced operators with $250M of investable capital who acquire meaningful equity stakes in high potential food and beverage companies and partner with them to rapidly build value. Factory team members have expertise in sales, marketing, product development, food science, manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, package engineering, graphic design, food safety, consumer insights, digital and social media, and finance. Factory is based in a one-of-a-kind 40,000 sq. ft. innovation and scale-up facility in Bethlehem PA, where we provide partner companies with support and resources so invested capital can be used for growth, not SG&A.
What You Will Do:
- Become an expert in all things Factory and our brand partners in order to uphold each brands’ tone of voice, ensuring we are communicating effectively and consistently across all consumer facing touch points.
- Write clear, concise, and grammatically correct original copy for a variety of media including social, email, video, online, and packaging across multiple brands.
- Drive brand consistency across all communications.
- Edit and proof work to ensure high standards are met across all content outputs.
- Collaborate with internal Factory and brand partners as well as external stakeholders to assess content needs, brainstorm creative concepts, and develop effective and compelling messaging.
- Develop and implement brand guidelines to help bring the brand to life.
- Develop and execute Email and SMS campaigns and assess/analyze relevant KPIs to monitor and measure success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or Communications
- 3-5 years of experience in content marketing or copywriting, preferably with an agency or internally for a CPG brand
- Strong creative thinking skills and ability to think conceptually
- Comfortable working independently with little direction under tight deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple projects and brand requests at a time
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a diligent eye for detail, language, flow, and grammar
- Proven ability to demonstrate brand voice
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent portfolio of work
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
- Experience with email (Klaviyo) or sms (Postscript) systems a plus
