Senior Customer Service (Inventory)

Overview
As a Senior Customer Service Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and analyzing customer data to drive business growth.
This position requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong inventory background, data entry experience, and experience in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Use your problem solving, materials inventory, and planning knowledge to :
Schedule, maintain, monitor, and reporting receiving appointments databases for incoming customer materials to customers daily
Gather paperwork from internal customers and manually enter into the system.
Coordinate inbound and outbound load scheduling
Invoicing and Buying / Selling shipments through a manual process.
Enter and update inbound / outbound truck loads in BEST Logistics system through a manual process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
Utilize analysis programs to gather and interpret data for reporting and decision-making purposes
Prepare, reconcile, and send weekly / monthly reports to customers and management.
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Prior experience in a customer service role dealing with inventory management or data entry is required.
Experience working in a manufacturing environment required
