Colson Group is seeking a Machine Operator in our Monette Arkansas facility. The Machine Operator will work with the plant supervision to ensure that work is completed and shipped in a timely manner
Primary Responsibilities :
Must be able to read and understand a Work Order.
Must understand quality standards and report quality issues toProcess Technician
Must know and understand all safety rules and regulations.
Must know and understand basic control and functions of the machines.
Must comply with Company Policy as outlined in the associate handbook
Must be capable of operating press efficiently.
Must be able to operate material loading system.
Must be able to start up and shut down presses
Must be capable of learning and performing other assigned duties
You should be proficient in :
- Blueprint Reading
- Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
- Injection Molding Experience
- Basic Computer Skills
Machines & technologies you'll use :
- Injection Molding Machine (Haitian)
- Measurement Gauges
