- What you'll do:
- Responsible for planning, directing and implementing all necessary area activities in a safe and environmentally conscious manner with a keen focus on continuous improvement while improving productivity, quality and reducing maintenance expenditures
- Overseeing the Tool & Die Makers, Electricians & Maintenance Mechanics
- Work with the Plant Manager and Corporate to determine timelines and budgets for projects
- Provide mechanical support to production area
- Determine and follow preventative maintenance schedule.

- What you'll need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent required
- A minimum of eight years related experience required.
- Journeyman status as tool and die maker and machinist preferred.
