QA Lab Technician
Job Posting for QA Lab Technician at FAGE USA Dairy Industry
FAGE USA Dairy is currently seeking Lab Technicians for (see below).
Qualified candidates shall possess a 2 or 4 year degree with a concentration in at least one of the sciences (Microbiology, Chemistry, Biology, Dairy Sciences, etc…) or a minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing laboratory environment with good computer, organizational and communication skills.
The candidate must possess a strong work ethic and be a team player.
Essential functions of the position:
- Sample raw materials, in process and finished product
- Ability to operate and maintain laboratory equipment
- Perform all laboratory testing to ensure safe quality product is produced regulations, specifications and work instructions
- Accurate data entry and/or completion of all necessary paperwork accurately and legibly
- Maintain the sanitation and housekeeping of assigned equipment and surrounding area during shift.
- Communicate effectively with Supervisors, Managers and peers
- Compliance of all rules, regulations, and safety procedures at the Federal, State, Local and Company levels.
- Other duties as assigned
Sat, Sun (5p – 5a) & Wed, Thurs (9p – 5a)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.50 per hour
