Job Summary:
The position is responsible for carrying out grant funded and consulting contract funded projects. This position will serve as a point of contact for Members and Partners on projects, serve as an advocate for Fahe and its Members and promote Fahe and Member products and programs to potential clients. Identify opportunities and partnerships that enhance the work of the Fahe Network, along with providing leadership in conceptualizing and designing projects, and developing and reviewing budget activity for projects and opportunities.
Essential Duties and Functions:
- Management of assigned projects to include completion of project deliverables
- Review and understand grant applications and grant agreements associated with assigned projects
- Responsible for balanced project budgets
- Collect project data and required progress reporting
- Maintain proper compliance for all project activities in accordance to funding regulations
Requirements for this position include:
- Attention to detail, accuracy and efficiency
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to retain and adapt within a consistently changing environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge and proficiency administering state/federal grant awards
- Knowledge and proficiency working with MS Office applications
- Excellent customer service approach in with ability to multi-task
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Associates or Bachelors in Related Field Preferred
- 2 – 3 Years’ Experience in a related field
- Community Development Block Grant, HOME, and federal programs experience Preferred
