Duties & Responsibilities
Proven experience in design and production, with the ability to produce print collateral, small and large format signage, advertising, web presence, and video assets for both traditional and digital marketing.
Knowledge and advanced experience within the Adobe Creative Suite, photography/video platforms, with ability to cross platform within MAC and PC.
Experience with production set-up/installation, coordination of production supply, and inventory organization.
Coordination of print deliverables with freelancers and marketing to meet the department’s overall needs.
Act as point-person for all internal clients, with a responsive drive for departmental deliverables within brand design and visual communications.
Work with freelancers and marketing services as necessary to meet the department’s overall deliverables.
Complete job responsibilities and performance objectives in a timely and efficient manner, and in accordance with policies and procedures.
Experience and operational understanding with office copiers, small & large format office printers, production set-up/installation, and creating print-ready files.
Work hard attitude, with the willingness and initiative to always find the resolution to maintain organization and efficiency within the department.
Maintain a favorable working relationship with team members to maintain positive morale, productivity, effectiveness, while providing a positive image of/for Fair Oaks Farms to promote its philosophy, products, and services.
Educate on changing trends, with development training participation.
Flexible schedule with occasional nights and rotating weekend availability.

- In-depth knowledge within multi-media design and production, with a stand-out portfolio to match.
- Collaborate with marketing, management, and executive teams on internal design concepts across campaigns – including campus signage, advertising, menus, displays, posters, hand-outs, brochures, digital, video, and internal/external visual communications.
- Results oriented with ability to align brand consistency within our vision, mission, and values.
- Comfortable with communication across all levels of organization.
- Strong understanding of technical specifications for print, branding, layout, typography, alignment, production set-up/installation, and vendor relations.

Experience And Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Graphic Design, or closely related field with at least 6 years of related experience.
- Outstanding portfolio of both traditional and digital design work.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
