```Duties```
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of the establishment
- Supervise and train staff members to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory control and ordering to maintain appropriate stock levels
- Collaborate with the kitchen management team to ensure efficient food preparation and quality standards
- Assist with menu planning and development, taking into consideration customer preferences and dietary restrictions
- Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing, payment transactions, and reporting
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry or restaurant management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and familiarity with specialty coffee drinks
- Proficient in using Aloha POS system or similar point-of-sale software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff and customers
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory control and record keeping
- Knowledge of kitchen management procedures and basic cooking techniques is a plus
