Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately.
- Maintain guest accounts and ensure all charges are processed correctly.
- Assist with night audit duties as required.
- Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Utilize phone systems to manage incoming calls and relay messages effectively.
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality or hotel management is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software.
- Ability to perform night audit tasks as needed.
