What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk/Night Auditor position at Fairfield Marriott Medford Long Island?
The Fairfield Marriott Medford Long Island is looking to hire a Full Time Night Auditor.
This is an overnight position.
Primary Job function is to provide a positive overall Guest experience for our Hotel Guests.
Responsibilities include:
- Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests arriving at the Hotel.
- Assist all Guest inquiries and questions regarding hotel services and local Area restaurants and Travel direction inquiries.
- Make, confirm and cancel reservations for guests.
- Answer phones in a prompt and courteous manner.
-Maintain daily logs as per hotel procedures.
-Follow all Company and enforce all Marriott policies
-Process Night Audit reports.
-Review all in house guest folios.
-Greet and assist all guests in a friendly and warm manner.
-Be versed in all Hotel emergency procedures.
Other responsibilities as needed. Customer Service Experience a must. Previous hotel or Fosse Experience a plus.
Shift available: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 9pm to 7am. 40 hour week, four 10 hour shifts.
Paid training.
