Branding & Marketing Coordinator

This position will be Hybrid Remote with 3 days on-site and 2 working from home. Candidates must reside within commuting distance of our office in the Sorrento Valley area of San Diego, CA.
Education:
- Minimum requirements: High School Graduate, Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing or related field
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
- Experience with the following software:
- Microsoft Office Suite required
- Adobe Creative Suite preferred
- Social Networks - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Snapchat, Pinterest
- WordPress and/or other content management systems
- Strong writing and proofing skills
- Solid attention to detail
- Highly organized, efficient and able to manage a fast-paced workflow while still meeting deadlines
- Helpful, proactive attitude and exceptional communication skills
- Organized - you are able to keep a variety of tasks and fast-moving projects in line, meet deadlines and ensure a high quality product is delivered (basically a real-life superhero)

Essential Duties:
- Manages tasks and tickets in Asana or other related marketing project management software, including assigning tickets, ensuring tickets are moving along, updating and closing out in a timely manner.
- Coordinates, maintains and oversees contract execution and management, including keeping accurate and updated records of the status of contracts for each marketing source.
- Assist with editing/proofing all marketing collateral, websites, signage, social media, etc.
- Assist Regional Marketing Manager team with a variety of tasks, including updates, file management, and various other administrative responsibilities as needed.
- Provide additional backup and assistance when team members are traveling or out of office.
- Perform audits and testing of Internet Listing Service and property websites.
- Assist with updating, proofing and producing content for all social media sites including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube and more. This includes pursuing responses to posts from onsite associates and producing responses to corporate posts.
- Assist with copy writing or editing for social media, digital advertising, or print pieces.
- Maintain various image and content libraries on both the marketing and property SharePoint sites.
- Work directly with various marketing vendors to procure quotes as well as submit final creative, update information and request or submit contracts or service changes.
- Assist with producing ticket templates.
- Manage library of stock photography.
- Assist with marketing meetings, events, and projects as needed.
- Assist with assembling and maintaining department tracking and reporting as assigned.
- Other special projects and tasks as assigned.

Estimated Rate of Pay:
$19.00 - $23.00
This position is non-exempt; the range above reflects hourly rates.
The pay range displayed for this position is determined by skills and experience required, location and job complexity*. Potential job offers may vary based on the skills, education, and experience an individual candidate holds. This range reflects base rate only, and does not include allowances, perks, commissions or bonuses applicable to this position (if any). In addition to base salary, Fairfield offers all full time associates the following, upon meeting eligibility requirements:
