We are looking for full time and part time Housekeepers to join our team. Our housekeeping team is hard working and dedicated to maintaining a clean environment for the residents, patients and all who visit our community. These individuals will be responsible to perform general housekeeping duties in residents apartments and rooms and in the community's public area. We are looking for individuals who will practice positive resident relations; respond to resident requests and direct resident feedback and requests of supervisor. Day and evening shifts available.
Primary Job Duties
· Perform general housekeeping duties in resident apartments / rooms and in the community’s public areas which meet or exceed Fairfield Village of Layton service standards
· Maintain housekeeping equipment and supplies to avoid waste, damage to area and equipment, and to prevent accidents
· Practice positive resident relations; respond to resident requests and direct resident feedback and requests of supervisor
· Adhere to residents’ personal and property rights; maintain confidentiality of all resident information
· Comply with all infection control techniques, procedures, and policies
· Practice all safety and loss prevention procedures
· Comply with all OSHA Regulations, including the use of appropriate personal protective equipment
· Maintain Fairfield Village of Layton standards of appearance; maintain Fairfield Village of Layton hygiene standards for housekeeping personnel
· Complete assigned work in the order of priority set by supervisor
· Perform other reasonable tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Job Qualifications
Ø Ability to effectively communicate with supervisor, residents, families, and employees
Ø Ability to provide housekeeping services in a senior housing environment which meets or exceeds Fairfield Village of Layton service standards
Ø Willingness to work with the elderly
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.66 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Layton, UT: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Restaurant experience: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: One location
