job purpose: The Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Analyst will provide analytical & business insights to support all RGM initiatives. This individual will be responsible for preparing reporting dashboards, analyzing price performance trends and assisting with trade spend optimization. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background that can translate data into meaningful insights.
responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing and leading trade performance reporting, including weekly & monthly dashboards and brand pricing analytics
- Lead Trade Spend optimization by conducting post promotion event analysis and developing actionable insights for future planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Sales and Brand) on marketplace pricing trends and opportunities
- Assist with annual planning to identify category revenue pools, innovation sizing and new pricing strategies
- Support broader RGM team and execute ad-hoc projects on an as-needed basis
skills/qualifications required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required; MBA strongly preferred
- 2+ years of experience in the consumer-packaged goods/beverage industry required
- 2+ years of experience in Revenue Management, Finance, Business Strategy, Category Management and/or Trade Analytic roles
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across several groups in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Exceptional analytical and technical skills
- Excellent presentation and written communication skills
- Strong project management experience
- High proficiency with all Microsoft Office platforms
