Fairline Services is looking for an enthusiastic and positive candidate to join our team as a part time security scheduler and dispatcher. This role offers flexible scheduling and will help support our 24/7 physical security operation.
Some of the duties and responsibilities of this position include:
- Answering Phones
- Processing Reports
- Scheduling Officers For Future Shifts Based on Client Needs
- Scheduling Replacement Personnel to Fill Sick Calls
- Relaying Requests From Clients to the Support Staff
- Other Administrative Tasks as Assigned
An ideal candidate will have scheduling or call center experience, however we are willing to train the right person to fill this role. Candidates without industry experience should be able to demonstrate, based on previous work experience, the ability work independently and think outside the box to solve problems.
