Required Technical Skills
- Manage firewalls, switches, and routers in both main and remote offices.
- Troubleshoot network performance, connectivity issues, and security threats.
- Deploy network configuration changes, software upgrades, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Provide technical guidance to the Desktop support team.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent.
- Possess a minimum of 4 years of Information Systems experience in Infrastructure Administration.
- Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of networking technologies, including OSI network layers and TCP/IP.
- Have familiarity with Firewalls, routers, switches, and network administration.
- Hold certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Cloud Infrastructure, XAAS.
- Proficiency with Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, Firepower, Meraki routers, switches, and WAPs.
- Experience or familiarity with SDWAN technology.
- Knowledge of Citrix, VMWare, and SAN technologies.
- Expertise in maintaining and monitoring Wide and Local Area networks.
- Working knowledge in BGP & EIGRP support, IPSEC, SSL VPNs configuration, Layer 3 switching, VLAN configuration, and Wireless (WCS) maintenance.
