The Talent Acquisition Specialist will join a national HR/People team responsible for providing best-in-class support across a growing organization. This integral and highly visible role will be responsible for full cycle recruitment across all departments. This role reports into the Talent Acquisition Lead and will help support business achieve their hiring goals, managing the candidate experience throughout the process and identifying top talent across the country.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage full cycle recruitment efforts for the business: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, extending offers and onboarding
- Heavy sourcing of passive candidates through networking, cold-calling, and utilizing a variety of databases: internal HRIS system (Paylocity Workable), really, LinkedIn, other online databases and social media
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies and hiring campaigns to attract and secure candidates
- Successfully build and maintain substantial candidate pipelines for current and future job requisitions
- Manage the coordination of high-volume interviews, scheduling in person and virtual interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain strong relationships with the business, acting as a trusted partner and advisor, providing consultative recruitment services and strategy alongside the Talent Acquisition Lead, Senior People Partner and Hiring Managers.
- Assist Talent Acquisition Lead in managing Staffing Agency relationships
- Participate in team reporting, analytics and special projects
- Manage recruitment process, tracking and onboarding candidates through Paylocity
- Collect and evaluate feedback from hiring managers and interview panels
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Lead to develop and refine company wide hiring strategies and process
- And other related duties
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of recruiting experience; real estate developer/owner or start up preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) as well as strong listening skills.
- Extremely organized with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and exhibit proactive behavior.
- Team-oriented and self-motivated.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent judgment with highly confidential information.
- Strong Microsoft computer skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Experience with Workable or similar Applicant Tracking System a plus.
- Experience with Paylocity a plus.
