Responsibilities:
- Create a variety of documentation for staff to provide guidance in their daily routine.
- Provide guidance to staff on problem solving and help them to improve their problem solving skills.
- Provide direction to staff in areas of improvement.
- Write instructions that are easy to understand.
- Write instructions with detail to ensure that all points of operation are documented.
- Guide the training and mentoring of new staff members.
- Be receptive to feedback from staff on their ability or skill level with performing their duties.
- Maintain the integrity of all systems at the company especially system reliability, efficiency, and performance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $83,319.00 - $91,144.00 per year
