Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Health & Wellness Department and care of residents.
- Conduct health assessments and develop services plans for all community residents.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and vendors to meet residents' health needs.
- Supervise and support a team of professionals to ensure high-quality care.
- Establish staffing guidelines to provide all requested services for residents.
- Ensure the department follows all applicable regulations and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated evidence of current geriatric knowledge with work experience.
- Baccalaureate degree in a health-related field (recommended).
- Nursing degree required (LPN or RN).
