Faith Promise is looking for a full-time Anderson Campus Pastor who is passionate about joining a team that is going to Win the World. The Anderson Campus Pastor will develop, implement and maintain the vision and values of Faith Promise Church at the Anderson Campus. The Campus Pastor is the primary culture carrier at a campus. This individual must possess exceptional leadership, strategic planning, administrative, teaching and management skills.

JOB DETAILS
- Serve as the Campus Pastor at the Anderson Campus:
- Equip, encourage and develop the staff and volunteer teams at the Anderson Campus.
- Coordinate volunteers and ensure all tasks associated with weekend services and weekly events are accomplished.
- Commit to and maintain a personal spiritual growth plan.
- Develop a strategic plan to grow and expand the Anderson Campus.
- Consistently communicate and implement the vision and goals of Faith Promise with all staff, volunteers and attendees.
- Implement the Faith Promise Leadership Development process, invest in leaders and develop them to become high-level leaders.
- Create a culture of serving and generosity in the lives of the Anderson Campus attendees.
- Oversee the discipleship process through small groups at the Anderson Campus.
- Create, set and provide accountability for the organizational and campus goals as approved by the Executive Team.
- Create the campus goals, cascaded from the Organizational Goals.
- Lead the Campus Staff Team to set the yearly campus goals.
- Provide accountability for the staff team to accomplish the campus and ministry goals.
- Review and provide accountability to the weekly Paycor -check-ins.
- Evaluate growth and progress of the goals on a quarterly basis.
- Serve as a Pastor on the staff of Faith Promise Church and perform any duties as required by the Senior Pastor or Executive Team.
BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION
This position is a full-time, exempt role with an expected schedule of 40 hours per week. Benefit offerings include Medical Insurance, Health Savings Account, 403b Retirement, Life Insurance, Dental, Vision, Accident, and Critical Illness coverage. Employees also accrue paid Vacation and PTO time. Compensation is determined based on education and experience.

- Must be willing to become a Core Member of Faith Promise Church within three months of hire
- Must be willing to complete WIN Leadership College within one year of hire
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with non-profit organizations
- Experience in working with a growing or decentralized organization
