Projected Salary: $65,000-$80,000 DOE
Position Summary:
The BI Analyst supports the reporting needs of all departments within Falck USA, primarily focusing on the Billing department. The reporting solutions used will mainly be Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Excel. Currently, there are approximately 20 Power BI reports for billing, targeting min. 40 different users (supervisors, managers, and executive management).
The position plays a key role in the Performance Management journey that Falck is on, by drafting scorecards for each department, maintaining business intelligence reports, and supporting with ad hoc analysis. In addition to recurring reporting, Falck is pushing for generating new insights, and using data in different ways than they have historically. This will entail working closely with the business to understand their reporting requirements and then translating it to the European development team.
The BI Analyst will be part of the BI & Performance Management team currently consisting of a Senior Data Analyst and a BI & Performance Manager.
The BI Analyst will be articulate, analytical, and a team player who understands the power of data in healthcare. The analyst enjoys coordinating with various levels of the organization, learns quickly, and can work both independently and as part of a team.
