What are the responsibilities and job description for the Crew Member position at Falcon Holdings?
The Crew member at Carl's Jr. has a primary purpose to make the customers happy and present a friendly-caring and knowledgeable face for the customer's first contact. The Crew Member is the primary contact employee with our customer therefore personal appearance and attendance are critically important. They are required to serve the guest using QSC standards and from assorted and assigned positions. Some of the positions are: Cook, Cashier, DT Cashier, Fry-sides, Green burrito, Biscuits, Prep, opening, closing, food safety tasks, routine and detail cleaning of all areas of the restaurant and property. All crew person tasks and duties are required to be completed while ensuring guest satisfaction is primacy and prior to leaving the shift. The Crew Member must directly promote and demonstrate teamwork with other crew persons. This position requires long periods of standing, an urgent pace, kneeling, bending, and lifting of a minimum of 25#. Crew members are expected to complete all the paperwork as required by the company and follow all policies and procedural guidelines as implemented by the management team.
