Position Overview:
The IT Project Manager and Developer Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing IT projects and leading development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. This dual-role position requires expertise in project management methodologies and web development processes. The successful candidate will coordinate project activities, manage resources, and ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while also providing leadership and direction to development teams.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
Experience:
Minimal five implementing and managing Information technology projects. Experience with managing technical teams.

- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager and Developer Manager, with a strong track record of managing complex projects and leading development teams.
- Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, Scrum) and software development practices.
- Strong technical background with experience in software development, including knowledge of programming languages, development tools, and platforms.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheets, Jira) and development tools (e.g., Git).

- Technical Guidance: Provide technical oversight and guidance to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Assist in solving complex technical problems.
- Development Oversight:
- Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze project requirements. Ensure that requirements are clearly defined and documented.
- Project Execution: Oversee the software development lifecycle, from design through implementation and testing. Ensure that development activities align with project goals and timelines.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality assurance processes. Ensure that deliverables meet the required standards and are thoroughly tested.
- Process Improvement:
- Methodology Implementation: Apply project management and software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) to enhance project efficiency and outcomes.
- Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and improve project management and development processes. Implement best practices to optimize team performance and project delivery.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and technical specifications. Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
- Reporting: Prepare and present project status reports, performance metrics, and other relevant information to senior management and stakeholders.
