The Paid Search Supervisor will manage all aspects of Fallon’s paid search, working with cross-functional teams in strategic planning, development, and execution of campaigns as part of larger initiatives. This role requires a curious, critical thinker who likes the challenges of solving new problems on a regular basis and can be self-reliant on projects.
The Paid Search Supervisor is responsible for driving paid search strategy and overseeing the day-to-day management of campaigns. This role will be expected to work closely with clients and internal teams to establish KPIs, drive results, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment. This person should crave a fast-paced culture, embrace learning, and be able to be flexible to work in different ways.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of Paid Search experience. They will have full ownership of campaigns, from keyword research to ad copy testing and analysis. They will need to fully understand clients KPI’s and formulate plans that meet and exceed those goals.
- Oversee planning, buying and optimization of paid search media across key clients
- Manage multi-million dollar paid search budgets
- Develop paid search plans and an overall search roadmap for clients
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-department teams for reporting and billing
- Review and assess competitive and external landscape for trends and best practices across paid social as well as SEO
- Work with Measurement and Analytics lead to develop testing plans that encompass testing for ad copy, keywords, bids, landing pages, audiences, and engine betas
- Provide thought leadership for clients and team members
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Strong proficiency working with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Microsoft Excel
- Certification or experience with search bid management platforms like Kenshoo, DoubleClick Search (SA360), Marin, or Adobe Cloud Search
- Experience managing acquisition-based search programs and multi-million-dollar budgets
- Familiarity with trafficking, tracking, and attribution (preferred)
