Coastal Welding Supply-AWG Company, has an immediate opening for a Service Technician at our gas cylinder production / distribution facility in Beaumont, TX!

Service Technician Duties :
For this position, a mechanical background with some electrical wiring background would be great.
Needs to work at heights of 20 to 30 feet. Commercial painting and pressure washing. Capable of performing duties alone at times.
Current driver’s license will be required to drive company equipment to the job site.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
- Hearing, sight, and smell.
- Ability to work according to the demands of the job, which include being on call, physical exertion, stress, working in all types of weather, dexterity.
- Must occasionally lift or move up to 80 pounds. Must occasionally lift 50-75 lbs. from floor to waist.
- Frequently required to stand and to walk while pushing / pulling up to 75 lbs.
- Occasionally required to squat, bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
- Occasionally shoveling snow and digging trenches.
Service Technician Qualifications :
- Safety orientated.
- Mechanically inclined.
- Drivers Licenses
- A team player who takes ownership, creates solutions, and drives for results to get the job done in a safe and efficient manner.
- Excellent communicator who expresses consistency in words and actions, communicates directly and honestly.
- Ability to work independently.

- GED / Diploma
