QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Customer service experience
• Valid driver's license

WHAT TO EXPECT AS AN EMPLOYMENT CASE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Get ready for a dynamic role where no two days are the same! This position works directly with individuals and families to help connect them with job opportunities that fit their needs and desires. You could handle caseloads for "job-ready" people in two-parent families, who are enrolled in higher education, or who have medical barriers. When you meet with participants, you conduct assessments to determine what their professional strengths and interests are, then create a service plan to guide their vocational path. You track client progress and motivate them to meet their goals. When appropriate, you request support services for areas such as childcare or transportation to help participants find and retain employment.
