JOB COACH: YOUR ROLE
nAs a Job Coach with our human services nonprofit, your main focus is to work closely with clients, assessing their career goals and tailoring your guidance to their specific needs. This involves conducting one-on-one consultations, reviewing resumes, and assisting with the development of job search strategies. You also provide mock interview sessions to help clients build their confidence and enhance their interviewing skills. Collaboration is key in this role, as you coordinate with various internal teams and external agencies to connect clients with relevant job opportunities. In this employment specialist role, you can expect to receive comprehensive training and ongoing support from our experienced team. You have access to resources and tools to enhance your effectiveness as a Job Coach and ensure that you are equipped to deliver the highest level of service to our clients.
