Requirements:
- Must be a LMSW, LCSW, LCPC, CPNP-MH or CPRP with a minimum of 1 year experience.
- Must be able to show tact and diplomacy when working with clients and staff.
- Have the ability to use proper professional judgement.
- Be detail oriented.
- Have initiative and be able to work independently.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Complete treatment plans
- Educate Rehab Counselors and other staff on how to provide proper services.
- Be responsible for organizing program services.
- Oversee the clinical side of the program to facilitate client goals.
- Ensure that the services being rendered meets the client's needs of the treatment plans.
- Be responsible for client discharges and summaries.
- Reinforce COMAR and Joint Commission regulations.
- Provide on-going review of client charts.
- Ensure all clients have the mandator 6 monthly visits.
- Ensure all notes and monthly summaries are completed.
- Clearly summarize pertinent clinical information, written correspondence and medical record documentation.
- Complete new client intakes.
- Be familiar with ICANotes.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
