Busy Office looking For Part Time Afternoon Chiropractic Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Greeting and welcoming patients upon arrival.
  • Ensuring that the waiting area remains in excellent condition at all times.
  • Collecting and recording patients' personal and medical information.
  • Performing Patient Computer Range Of Motion Tests
  • Taking and Processing X-Rays
  • Verifying payment methods, including patients' health insurance coverage.
  • Tracking and ordering inventory.
  • Preparing treatment rooms prior to appointments, as needed.
  • Administering screening assessments, such as blood pressure tests, as needed.

Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Well-groomed, professional appearance.
  • Able to work evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • 2 years administrative experience, preferably within a busy fast paced office.

Starting At $15.50 Per Hour, Based On Experience

Job Type: Part Time Afternoon Position

Requirements:

Be Able To Stand 5-6 Hrs. Day/4 Days/Week

Be Able To Multi-Task, Self Motivated; Be Able To Work Alone,

Preferred 2 Years Of Continual Employment With Experience In A Fast Paced Work Environment

As A Chiropractic Assistant, You Will Need To Be Licensed In Arkansas As A Limited Radiologic Technologist Within A Year, We Will Pay for License and Provide Studying Material.

Hours:

Afternoon Tech 4 Days per Week - Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday (Occ Thursdays)

1:30 am- Close (Usually by 6:30 pm)

Work 5-6 Hrs/ 4-Days Week With Thursdays, Saturdays, And Sundays Off

Application Meetings times will be Monday 5-20-24 and Tuesday 5-21-24 between

2:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
