Family Counseling Service of the Finger Lakes, Inc. is looking for a full-time Director of Clinical Services to join our team! The Director of Clinical Services has direct oversight of all contracts, reporting and program specific development to ensure effective and efficient delivery of services across the FCSFL’s service area. This position models and supports Agency culture and provides modeling, leadership and workforce development under this program.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides direct clinical supervision to program supervisors
- Supports clinical supervision as needed based on staff licensure requirements
- Provides monthly review of significant program events, developments, and progress toward agency and program goals
- Collaborates with members across management teams
- Oversees the compiling, computation, analyzing and reporting of data and statistics on program effectiveness. This includes periodic reports to governmental and local agencies
- Serves on the Senior Management team to provide input and implementation of the organization’s strategic plan and direction, departmental business work plans and business continuity plan
- Assists the VP of Operations in the development and ongoing maintenance of performance reporting systems related to program services
- Coordinates inter-agency clinical activities, including relationships with probation, courts, police departments, county health directors, department of social services, schools and others. Provides training and education as requested and appropriate
- Assures that all clinical policies, procedures and practices conform to Federal, State, County, and local laws and codes.
- Provides clinical oversight to ensure compliance with required clinical record keeping
- Operates clinical programs within approved budget limits
- Works with the human resources department re: recruitment, interviewing process and hiring new talent, develop strategies to retain top talent, and support personnel policies updates and training programs.
Qualifications
- Licensed Masters in Social Work or related field
- Minimum of three years clinical and management experience including work with underserved populations preferred
