What You’ll Do:

• Champion our Electronic Health Record (EHR) and dental software systems, ensuring they meet the needs of our dynamic healthcare environment.
• Assist with the design and implementation of workflows tailored to our unique clinical needs, optimizing efficiency and care quality.
• Drive system integration and data integrity, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.
• Offer comprehensive training and support to our healthcare staff, empowering them to utilize our IT systems effectively.
• Be a key point of contact with software vendors, skillfully managing these crucial relationships.

We Need You To Have:

• Strong experience with healthcare IT, particularly EHR and dental software systems.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills, both with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and an ability to manage projects effectively.
• An understanding of healthcare data interchange standards like HL7.
• Familiarity with data privacy practices and healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and HITECH.
