What are the responsibilities and job description for the Agency RN (FT/PT/PRN) position at Family Home Health?
Quality Staffing Agency, a division of Quality Life Services, is seeking passionate, highly skilled, and motivated RNs to help fill the staffing shortages by traveling to a variety of Long-Term Care facilities in Butler County and surrounding areas.
As an Agency RN you'll be part of a collaborative team whose energy, communication and dedication are valued and rewarded.
Coverage areas include:
- Chicora
- Worthington
- Sarver
- Apollo
Essential Functions include but not limited to:
- Make regular nursing unit rounds to evaluate resident care and handle routine nursing matters
- Assist in assessing physical, mental, psychosocial status of all residents
- Inform the physician of any resident changes and secure follow-up care as necessary
- Address resident and family concerns promptly and refer them to other departments as appropriate
- Ensure that all admission, transfers and discharges of residents are completed timely, efficiently and accurately
- Ensure accurate documentation of all incidents / occurrences during the shift
- Comply with all infection control policies
- Maintain and communicate the current care plan for all residents
- Communicate thorough and accurate resident condition report at the beginning and end of your shift with the other RNs

Requirements:
- Active RN License in the state of Pennsylvania
- License in good standing with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
- Nursing home or Long Term Experience
- Passion for helping others
