Family Lives is seeking respectful and careful RNs and LPNs to join us in the rewarding work of serving patients 1:1 in their homes.
Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem positions are available for all shifts. Nurses choose their own schedules. New graduates are welcome!
Salary: $36.03-$41.03 Hourly

Essential Responsibilities And Functions
Activities of daily living assistance,
Breathing assistance, extraordinary (mechanical ventilation, oxygen delivery, respiratory treatment, tracheostomy tube) and ordinary,
Hydration and nutrition assistance, extraordinary (central line, gastronomy button, gastronomy tube, nasogastric tube) and ordinary,
Medication administration assistance, and
Toileting assistance, extraordinary (catheter tube, ostomy bag), and ordinary.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited nursing program as a licensed practical nurse as required by the Massachusetts Board of Nursing Registration.
Licensed currently to practice as a licensed practical nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Access to transportation.
Valid state driver’s license.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to stand/walk a minimum of 8 hours per 12-hour working day.
Must be physically capable of providing physical care to patients who are dependent in all aspects of their care.
Frequent bending to level of standard bed, wheelchair, floor, commode, shower chair, bath tub and performing procedures such as dressing changes, catheterizations, CPT, transfers, nursing interventions, ADL’s and home exercise programs.
Occasional transfer and/or lifting of 50-pound patient without assistance and >50 pound patients with assistance.
