```Duties```
- Oversee the daily operations of a residential facility for individuals with developmental disabilities
- Ensuring that their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of direct care staff, ensuring a high standard of care is maintained
-A good listener and one that is open to learn will be paramount to being successful on this role.
-Ability to pass a background study, and to drive and have personal car insurance.
- Manage the budget for the facility, including monitoring expenses and making financial decisions
- Coordinate with medical professionals and other service providers to ensure comprehensive care for residents
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to resident care and facility operations
```Experience```
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as nursing home or assisted living facility management
- Strong knowledge of working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Experience in budgeting and financial management
- Familiarity with operations management in a residential setting
- Leadership skills to effectively manage a team of direct care staff
