What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Support Supervisor position at Family Resource Center?
Who are you?
Do you have a brain for business and a heart for people? A knack for customer service? Are you good at leading others within a medical office environment? Are you as comfortable with technology and reports as you are with clients and teams? In this role you will regularly use various computer apps including Microsoft Office, our HRIS, EHR and other online systems, with multiple logins often simultaneously.
Are you are experienced with call center environments and client support functions? Does providing excellent customer service energize you? Do people who know you think you are detail oriented? Good at solving problems at point of escalation? A strong communicator?
You have.
At least a HSD/GED1-plus (1 ) year experience managing teams preferably within call center and client support functions
1-plus (1 ) year experience in medical office practices, procedures, and customer service
Experience leveraging technology and integrating data from multiple systems to report, assess and act on KPIs.
The ability to obtain a driver's license, earn CPR/First Aid Certification, and be willing to submit to background check and fingerprinting
Preferably.
An Associate's degree
Experience in multi-line call center environment

Report to the Sr. Director of Administration. Make sure that your team is trained, equipped, and positively engaged fulfilling their roles in our mission. Enhance the client and stake holder experience. Improve quality and client outcomes. Serve as a role model and mentor to your team and the organization.
Manage the performance and supervision of call center and client support processes. Be point on all incoming escalations within the department. Monitor automated call system, alerts, message board, backfill list and other daily functions of the department. Collaborate closely with service providers to ensure client needs are being met and documentation is being complete. All in a way that reflects our guiding principles.
