Position Summary:
The position of Chief Administration Officer (CAO) plans, organizes, and oversees all activities of agency support services and the overall administration of these departments. This positiotn is responsible for the development, management, and quality improvement activities of Human Resources, Information Technology, Quality Improvement, Communications, Facilities and Transportation. Responsible for all departmental functions to ensure a high level of service quality is provided to all stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, clients, employees, interns, and volunteers. As part of the Sr. Leadership Team, they are responsible to anticipate and advise on all related issues, including strategic planning.
