Clinical Director, Residential

Position Summary: Responsible for the oversight of clinical services in the Residential programs. Provides supervision and management to clinicians across the programs. Ensures high quality evidence based and trauma informed care that meets residents needs and contractual standards.  Ensures fidelity to the TST model through training, supervision, and program development.  Builds and maintains positive relationships with the Department of Children, Youth and Families. Assists Residential Management and Vice President with continuous program development, implementation and improvement. Carries clinical cases as necessary. Provides emergency crisis intervention/assessment as needed. 
 

Qualifications:

• LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, Psy.D. or RNC required.
• Prior supervisory experience required.
• Possession of a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and auto insurance a must. 
• Bilingual skills are compensated by an additional 6%, above base pay.

Physical Requirements: This position requires residential and community visits, employees in this position must have the ability to: 

• Travel to and from clients' residence, community locations and office site, which could include using walkways, stairs and/or elevators. 

• Lift up to 201bs. 

• Communicate by voice, use sight and hearing.
