Referral Specialist
FamilyMenders, a behavioral health service provider, is looking for a dynamic, energetic, organized and caring new team member! We are seeking an individual with excellent clerical skills to join our team as a full-time referral specialist and services coordinator.

JOB REPSONSIBILITIES:
We are a growing organization! A new team member needs to be adaptable to change – while job responsibilities start out one way, everyone in our administrative team who has demonstrated increased abilities and commitment has grown within our organization. Our specific needs right now are:
-coordinate services
-assign referrals
-answer phones
-additional duties as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
A customer service background is a must! Knowledge and skill in working in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word). Excellent organizational and time management skills are necessary to succeed. Must be a detailed oriented, multitasker and problem solver. A can-do attitude and a passion for social services and working to help families build their best lives.
COMPENSATION:
Location: Ringgold, GA
$35,000 starting salary; In office hours Mon-Fri: 8:30am-4:30pm
