JOB SUMMARY:
In this role, the Manager Compensation will focus on the delivery of analysis, recommendations, and programs in support of FHI, executive and equity compensation. This will include forecasting equity utilization, managing and reporting on annual processes, evaluating programs against market, participating in relevant surveys, assisting with preparation of materials for the compensation committee and detailed analysis of all aspects of employee compensation.
\n- Support ongoing development of effective compensation structures for FHI.
- Partner with HR to evaluate and resolve complex compensation issues as we implement programs aligned to our compensation philosophy.
- Ongoing evaluation of equity utilization, participation and holdings against targets and market data. Assist in the development and maintenance of a rolling equity forecast for each of our operating companies.
- Maintain and update equity-related tables for inclusion executive meetings. Provide insights and flag notable changes in data.
- Provide detailed analysis of employee equity holdings including impactful visuals to develop award recommendations consistent with the compensation philosophy.
- Participate in the development of the establishment of an exec comp practice.
- Collaborate with C-Level Executives, Finance, People Operations, Legal, and other teams to anticipate, implement and/or address equity compensation concerns.
- Assist in the response to inquiries from current, former, and potential employees about equity compensation.
- Partner across the Equity Compensation team and HR in the development and delivery of impactful employee education, training, and communications.
- Significant experience conducting thorough compensation analysis – a clear focus on equity and/or executive compensation is preferred.
- Experience preparation of high caliber presentation materials.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or the equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations regarding compensation practices
- Knowledge of equity administration systems is preferred.
- Exceptional Excel skills – developing and managing complex spreadsheets.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical/reasoning, interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Ability to interface with all levels of employees.

The salary range for this position is $134,000 to $191,000, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
