The Product Content Creation Team is an integral part of Fanatics. We’re committed to creating the best customer experience by delivering and maintaining high-quality product content for the fan. Our team collaborates daily with Merchandising, Marketing, Tech, and Business Management teams. We take pride in creating a fun, casual, and supportive environment. We are for fans, by fans, and strive to maintain the highest standards across the different phases of our product cycles.


About your team:

As a Product Content Auditor, you’ve got an all-around eye for detail. From grammar, to flow, to imagery, you can identify great product content. Your day-to-day will include reviewing content for a broad range of products including apparel, headwear, and hard goods for all ages and all sports leagues and teams. You’ll not only check for correctness but also ensure that all content matches our site's tone and branding initiatives. You’ll work closely with other teams in the department to make sure that the appropriate content makes it way to our sites in a timely manner.

  • Review all content for correctness.
  • ensure product images meet standards.
  • editing content for readability.
  • ensuring all content matches site tone and branding.
  • coaching team members through edits.
  • identifying and resolving product issues.
  • shifting priorities as needed.

  • have 1-3 years of experience writing or editing experience.
  • hold a bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent work experience.
  • have the ability to identify quality imaging.
  • have strong attention to detail.
  • have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • have the ability to handle high work volumes and juggle several editing workflows.
  • have a basic understanding of a production studio
  • have the ability to multitask.
  • are proficient with Microsoft Suite.
  • have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • can move around z-racks and lift totes of products weighing 25 lbs.
  • have the ability to perform frequent movements such as standing, walking, repetitive finger, hand, and wrist motions, bending, stooping, reaching, squatting, and kneeling.
  • can work overtime during peak season (roughly six months out of the year).
