The base salary range for this role is $105,000 per year - $172,500 per year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is eligible for the Fanatics Betting and Gaming annual bonus program and an equity award.

As a Senior HR Analyst at Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG), you are here to help us create a dynamic employee experience through the use of data and analytics. Reporting into the Director, HR Operations, you will be a part of our growing HR team to help our business meet its goals. The ideal candidate will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to cultivate an amazing and innovative workplace and culture. The ideal candidate will bring creative and effective ideas and solutions to a rapidly growing organization. The HR team’s role is to attract, recruit, retain, develop, and motivate our team members and this role plays an integral part in ensuring our team is at its best.
\n- Responsible for acquiring, assimilating and analyzing data gathered from HR systems, HR Partners, and other sources
- Leads the design, creation, maintenance and distribution of custom reports and dashboards to support company-wide workforce planning efforts
- Prepares reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership
- Manages HR critical metric reporting, innovative data analytics projects, and assists in data-driven decision making in the organization
- Subject matter expert on data management while ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices
- May assist HR leadership with staffing, recruitment, and departmental budgets
- May guide and/or assist with performance, benefit, and compensation review and evaluation processes
- Must be open to occasional travel to Fanatics Betting & Gaming offices and other locations for conferences, events, meetings, and team building activities
- Other duties as assigned
- 5 years of experience working as an HR Analyst or related position(s)
- Experience working within various HR systems, inclusive of ATS and HRIS software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Thorough understanding of local, state and federal laws involving employment, HR, and HR policies
- Proven ability to work collaboratively, influence and build effective work relationships with all levels within the organization
- Thrives in an entrepreneurial, hyper growth environment where priorities evolve regularly and decisions are made quickly
- Team-first mentality, with a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done and a desire to strive for better
- Proven ability to work effectively cross-functionally within FBG and the larger Fanatics organization
