FanDuel Group is looking to add a Responsible Gaming Compliance Senior Manager to its Risk and Compliance Team. Responsible Gaming is one of the key components of FanDuel’s long term strategy to build a first-class sports betting platform. We cannot be successful if we don’t protect customers who may be at risk for responsible gaming issues-- all customers should only play if playing makes sense for them, and if they play, they should only play appropriately and safely. We need a Responsible Gaming Compliance Senior Manager to help get us where we need to go as this industry matures. This critical strategic role will report to the Director of Responsible Gaming and work to implement FanDuel’s Responsible Gaming Strategy. The Compliance Senior Manager will work within the Compliance team and in partnership with other teams throughout FanDuel and its parent company Flutter to assess processes and implement new initiatives, processes, and controls all with the goal of creating an implementing a best-in-class responsible gaming strategy in this growing industry. Familiarity with the role of Risk and Compliance in a start-up environment, as well as in a mature, highly regulated environment and familiarity with change management or project management will be beneficial. The Compliance Senior Manager with work with the Director of Responsible Gaming on project management, risk assessments, program strategy, the development of key metrics, design and implement controls; and assist in developing key risk indicators for the business.
THE GAME PLAN:
Everyone on our team has a part to play
- Design and implement Responsible Gaming strategies and tactics with vertical partners across brands
- Lead project management in partnership with analytics teams to implement predictive modeling and segmentation strategies to identify potentially at-risk customers to support through Responsible Gaming measures
- Manage the development and implementation of Responsible Gaming employee training modules in partnership with Customer Service, VIP, People, Retail and other departments
- Work with Product teams to define and prioritize Responsible Gaming enhancements across platforms
- Partner with business to identify gaps in processes and controls, and address those by implementing systems, procedures, and controls and working with business systems to implement them
- Draft and deliver policies, procedures, job aids, training content, project plans, presentations and other key materials in line with the Responsible Gaming strategic requirements
- Advise on appropriate process improvements to support an effective and efficient RG department; work with solutions providers (e.g., Salesforce) to identify and implement opportunities for optimization
- Build strong professional relationships with the leadership in the business
- Liaise with external advisors as required
- Performing other responsible gaming-related duties as requested
THE STATS:
What we're looking for in our next teammate
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience preferred
- 6 years of total business experience, experience in the gaming industry or other highly regulated industries preferred
- Experience working in Compliance, Risk, Program/Project Management, Consulting, or Analytics a plus
- Experience working in a technology company a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skill
- Good investigative and problem solving skills

The applicable salary range for this position is $120,00 to $185,000 which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation. |
