THE POSITION
Our roster has an opening with your name on it
The Enterprise IT Intern will be involved in assisting with and learning engineering, troubleshooting, project management, systems administration in a variety of software and hardware environments, root cause analysis in problem solving, and assistance in managing the daily activities of the department.
THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play
- Participate in the development, implementation and administration of processes and procedures to ensure the reliability, recoverability, and optimum performance of laptops and local services.
- Provide technical expertise and hands-on support of end user infrastructure (hardware, software/OS) including but not limited to Mac and PC laptops, AV equipment, and other office technical equipment.
- Provide supervised executive support for senior/C-Level leadership.
- Assist with internal IT projects and projects involving other stakeholders.
- Learn Hardware procurement and asset management.
- Learn creating and maintaining technical documentation.
- Assist in the management of AV systems during large company webinar events.
- Learn IT ticketing system procedures and standards.
