THE POSITION:
Our roster has an opening with your name on it
This position will report directly into the Vice President of Corporate Finance and will focus on business partnering, acting as the Finance Director for the Casino and Canada verticals. The candidate will provide financial analysis, metrics and generate insights that support key initiatives. The candidate will lead and manage a team and will serve as a lead Finance business partner in a cross-functional capacity with leadership across FP&A plus Casino and Canada verticals, responsible for all aspects of partner P&Ls.
THE GAME PLAN:
Everyone on our team has a part to play
- Act as Finance Director for the Casino and Canada verticals and lead the associated commercial partnering team
- Develop strong leaders within team and across wider Corporate Finance function
- Serve as lead business partner and intermediary between key stakeholders and finance
- Integrate business partner team through the entire workflow of the Casino and Canada verticals supporting all internal and external stakeholders as the first point of contact
- Collaborate closely with peers across Corporate Finance function to maximize the financial and strategic strength of the Group
- Lead improvements in operational efficiency by streamlining processes and enhancing reporting automation
- Brief and influence senior executives at FanDuel & Flutter on financial performance
- Analyze monthly, quarterly, annual business results, KPIs, trends, and provide critical business insights to the Group's leadership team
- Proactively provide quantified insights and propose solutions to areas of risk and opportunity to influence business strategy
- Address ad hoc financial analysis requests and inquiries
THE STATS:
What we're looking for in our next teammate
- Minimum of 10 years’ of experience in Corporate Finance
- Strong people leadership experience
- MBA, Accounting and other finance professional certificates (such as CFA) preferred
- Outstanding financial, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills; ability to distill financial data into clear and concise insights
- Exceptional organizational and relationship building skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities effectively in a fast paced, highly collaborative environment
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
