THE POSITION:

As a valued and senior member of the Cybersecurity Team, the Identity and Access Manager (IAM) Manager will be responsible for managing a team of IAM engineers. This role requires expert skills in Okta as well as experience with Identity Governance Access (IGA) systems such as Saviynt or SailPoint. Understanding of Identity access administration of the unique digital representation of a user lifecycle including all associated attributes and entitlements is also a key requirement. The IAM Manager needs broad technical skills to understand various technologies when interfacing with an IAM platform. The IAM manager must be able to communicate/test/audit/advise on onboarding/off-boarding including application entitlements events with business and IT.

IAM team will work closely with other information security disciplines and the IT team to manage and automate identity access policies, process, and controls for FanDuel Group (FDG) ecosystem.

A key part of the role will also include extensive collaboration with Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), security engineers, developers, vendors and business units to constantly improve the overall security posture will be the key to success at FanDuel Group. We’re looking for a team player with highly technical analytical and communication skills to catalyze security best practices across FanDuel Group.

THE GAME PLAN:

• Oversee the projects of the IAM team and effectively manage resources
• Develops and executes upon a strategy for IAM to support a complex enterprise
• Take ownership of the progress as well as any blockers of IAM initiatives.
• Contribute to the strategic and operational planning of the Cybersecurity Department
• Expertise in at least one Okta and other IAM/IGA related platforms.
• Review design and provide expert recommendations for IAM process and tool.
• Experience and understanding of process to manage Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Privileged Identity Management (PIM) for maximum effectiveness.
• Experience working with vendor APIs.
• Hands on experience with audit/testing controls.
• Hands on experience doing self-assessment/QA of IAM procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Manage Access Reviews campaigns and certification
• Familiarity with programming languages, such as Python, Go or Java
• Maintain contact with vendors, industry peers, and professional associations to keep informed of existing and evolving industry standards, technologies, and cyber threats especially around identity.
• Acts as an IAM ambassador and participate in technical discussions for the Cybersecurity Department.
• Drive standards to enable policy adherence.
• Ensures that the implemented process and tools for the IAM program continue to meet the needs of the enterprise.

THE STATS:
What we're looking for in our next teammate

• Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience with increasing responsibilities and managing a team of four or more
• Minimum of 5 years expert experience in Okta and other IAM tools
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with Identity Governance
• Minimum 3 years of experience cloud identity management
• Understanding of and ability to work with authentication and authorization protocols - OAUTH, SAML, OpenID
• Zero-Trust and least privilege principles, knowledge, and design
• Knowledge of Cloud technologies IaaS, PaaS, SaaS
• Ability to work in regulated industries
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with large, complex networks and systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in IAM tools; Security such as CISSP, CISA, CDPSE; and/or IMI certifications
• Experience working in AWS and/or GCP
• Experience working with IAM teams to provide input for policy, regulatory (PII/GDPR/CCPA) and security audit items
