As a valued and senior member of the Cybersecurity Team, the Identity and Access Manager (IAM) Manager will be responsible for managing a team of IAM engineers. This role requires expert skills in Okta as well as experience with Identity Governance Access (IGA) systems such as Saviynt or SailPoint. Understanding of Identity access administration of the unique digital representation of a user lifecycle including all associated attributes and entitlements is also a key requirement. The IAM Manager needs broad technical skills to understand various technologies when interfacing with an IAM platform. The IAM manager must be able to communicate/test/audit/advise on onboarding/off-boarding including application entitlements events with business and IT.
IAM team will work closely with other information security disciplines and the IT team to manage and automate identity access policies, process, and controls for FanDuel Group (FDG) ecosystem.
A key part of the role will also include extensive collaboration with Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), security engineers, developers, vendors and business units to constantly improve the overall security posture will be the key to success at FanDuel Group. We’re looking for a team player with highly technical analytical and communication skills to catalyze security best practices across FanDuel Group.
