THE POSITION
Our roster has an opening with your name on it 

As a Sports Trader at FanDuel you will compile and update odds, monitor betting and competitor pricing, profile/segment customers, identify new betting opportunities to offer and ensure a best-in-class user experience for our customers.

THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play

• Original odds compilation across a range of sports, competitions and markets
• Price management of markets and events at all times of their lifecycle
• Operating proprietary sports models for live trading major US sports
• Risk manage liabilities and customers in line with defined policies
• Attend to all matters required for effective daily trading operations including market creation, settlement, cross-department communication and compliance
• Identify and remove customer pain points to ensure a best in class user experience
• Iterate and improve on betting product range to ensure market leading offering
• Tracking, analyzing and reporting on KPIs for defined markets and sports

THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate  

• Bachelor’s degree in a numerate discipline preferred
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license and satisfy all regulatory requirement
• An understanding of betting & statistics with a flair for probability
• Strong written, verbal communication and research skills
• High attention to detail and genuine team player
• An in-depth knowledge of at least 3 popular US sports
• Experience with Excel essential; knowledge of SQL, R or Python highly regarded
• The role requires work outside of normal business hours including weekends
• Industry experience not essential as all training provided but will be favorably viewed
